Large PET Strap Production Line Project for an Indian Customer

Yongxing Zhanxing is currently producing a customized large PET strap production line for an Indian customer. The project is designed for large-scale PET strap manufacturing and features a larger equipment configuration and an upgraded 7-roller system.

The production line is still under manufacturing, and the final equipment will be tested before shipment. More photos and a production video will be shared after the project reaches the next stage.

Customized Large PET Strap Production Line

For large PET strap manufacturing projects, equipment configuration needs to match the customer's actual production requirements. Instead of using a fixed standard configuration, this project was customized according to the customer's expected production capacity, strap specifications, and equipment requirements.

The project includes a larger equipment structure and a customized 7-roller configuration, providing a more substantial production setup for large-scale PET strap manufacturing.

Upgraded 7-Roller Configuration

One of the key features of this project is the customized 7-roller system.

The roller configuration is designed according to the required PET strap production process and customer specifications. The number and arrangement of rollers can be customized for different production requirements rather than being limited to one standard configuration.

For this Indian project, the 7-roller configuration forms part of the customized stretching and processing section of the production line.

Larger Equipment Configuration

The production line is being manufactured with a larger equipment structure to meet the requirements of a large-scale PET strap production project.

Equipment dimensions, section layout, and overall line configuration can be adjusted according to production requirements and available factory space.

This project demonstrates that PET strap production lines can be customized beyond a standard machine configuration.

High-Quality Manufacturing

PET Strap Production Process

The customized production line is designed around the main PET strap manufacturing process:

Drying → Extrusion → Cooling → Stretching → Embossing → Setting → Winding

PET raw material is prepared and dried before entering the extrusion system. After extrusion, the material is cooled, stretched, embossed, and set before being wound into finished PET strap rolls.

Currently in Production

This Indian project is currently in the manufacturing stage.

After production is completed, the equipment will undergo testing and final inspection before shipment. Additional project photos, testing information, and a production video will be updated when they become available.
