Machine Assembly

Equipment is assembled and inspected according to engineering drawings and production requirements. Mechanical components, extrusion systems, electrical cabinets, cooling sections, stretching units, and winding systems are integrated and adjusted during the assembly process.

Production Line Testing

Before shipment, complete production lines are assembled for trial operation. Our technicians check machine coordination, operating parameters, material flow, and finished strap output during testing.

Engineering & Technical Team

Engineers and technicians are involved throughout equipment production, including mechanical assembly, electrical installation, machine adjustment, and production line commissioning. They also prepare equipment according to the customer's production requirements and factory layout.

Quality Inspection

Key components and assembled equipment are inspected during production. Trial production allows the team to identify and adjust potential issues before the equipment leaves the factory.

Packaging & Container Loading

After testing and inspection, equipment is prepared for shipment. The warehouse team plans machine placement and loading according to container dimensions, helping make better use of available space and keep equipment properly protected during transportation.

Installation & Commissioning Support

For customers requiring on-site assistance, our technical team can support equipment installation, commissioning, and operator training after delivery.

The factory combines manufacturing, assembly, testing, and shipment preparation in one workflow, providing a controlled process from equipment production to delivery.
